Terms and Conditions

Fees

The school fee for WMIDMUN XXII is $75 per school. The delegate fee is $75 per delegate. The sponsor fee is $20.

Payment

Please make all checks payable to The International Relations Club at William & Mary. Please do not write checks to William & Mary, William & Mary MUN, or WMIDMUN. The Initial Deposit (half of the delegate fees + the school fee) is due by January 15, 2024. If registration closes early due to capacity, the fee deadline does not change. All payments must be made in full by the start of conference weekend on March 1, 2024.

Fine Print

The entire school fee and one half of the delegate fees are due by January 15, 2024 ("Initial Deposit"). The remainder of fees, outlined herein, must be paid in full at registration on the first day of the conference, TBA. The WMIDMUN Secretariat must be notified by February 15, 2024 of any dropped delegates in order to receive a refund of delegate fees for dropped delegates. No fees will be refunded for dropped delegates after the February 15, 2024 deadline. If schools drop delegates after this deadline and have not paid any delegate fees so far, the Initial Deposit must still be paid. Under no circumstance will school fees be refunded once paid.
