However, please note that this website only allows you to book one room at a time, therefore we only recommend this website for smaller delegations or independent delegates. The most efficient way to book your rooms for a delegation larger than 20 delegates is through a phone call.

Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites: 105 Visitor Center Dr, Williamsburg, VA 23185

The $10 Woodlands Resort fee (per room, per night) includes a daily continental breakfast in the main lobby of Woodlands hotel, self-parking, use of the outdoor pool and Fun Zone (mini gold, shuffleboard, corn hole, etc.), and more.

Room rates are $149 for a double/double and $149 for a king with a queen sleeper sofa.

Booking rooms can be done by calling the hotel directly at 800-261-9530 between 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must say: “I am with the W&M Middle School Model UN Conference” at the time the reservation is made to receive the special group rate or provide the reference number. Cancellations made within 7 days of the conference will require full payment of reservation.

Lodging is available on a first come, first serve basis until the rooms are full. Reserve as quickly as possible to obtain your rooms!

TRANSPORTATION

WMIDMUN will run shuttle buses between the W&M campus (the Sadler Center) and the Woodlands all weekend long. Delegations are more than welcome to stay at other hotels in the area but must coordinate all lodging and transportation details if they opt to stay elsewhere. More information regarding transportation and our own shuttle schedule will be made available closer to the conference.
