Accommodations

We have contracted for a block of rooms at the Williamsburg Lodge, Autograph Collection located at 310 S England St, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (USA). We were recently informed that the Williamsburg Woodlands hotel will be closed for renovations during the conference weekend, so accommodations for delegates and sponsors will be upgraded to the Williamsburg Lodge for the rate as rooms at the Woodlands.

The hotel offers rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and a pull out bed (each room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 delegates) for $149.00 per night.This room fee includes state and local tax, a $2 occupancy fee, and a $10 resort fee that is also subject to state taxes. Including taxes and fees, it is approximately $179.58 per night.

All delegations staying at the Lodge will receive Free Chartered Bus Transportation to and from the William & Mary campus.

You must reserve rooms by 5:00PM on January 27th, 2026 to receive our group rate. Cancellations made within 7 days or any no-shows will forfeit the combined cost of the first night’s room fees, the parking fee, and tax. Early check-outs will be charged an early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus taxes.

TRANSPORTATION

WMIDMUN will run shuttle buses between the W&M campus (the Sadler Center) and the Woodlands all weekend long. Delegations are more than welcome to stay at other hotels in the area but must coordinate all lodging and transportation details if they opt to stay elsewhere. More information regarding transportation and our own shuttle schedule will be made available closer to the conference.
