Accommodations

We have contracted for a block of rooms at the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotels & Suites, 105 Visitor Center Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (USA).

The hotel offers rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and a pull out bed (each room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 delegates) for $149.00 per night.This room fee includes state and local tax, a $2 occupancy fee, and a $10 resort fee that is also subject to state taxes. Including taxes and fees, it is approximately $179.58 per night.

All delegations staying at the Woodlands will receive Free Chartered Bus Transportation to and from the William & Mary campus.

TRANSPORTATION

WMIDMUN will run shuttle buses between the W&M campus (the Sadler Center) and the Woodlands all weekend long. Delegations are more than welcome to stay at other hotels in the area but must coordinate all lodging and transportation details if they opt to stay elsewhere. More information regarding transportation and our own shuttle schedule will be made available closer to the conference.
