Fees

Registration: September 08th 2026 - December 18th 2026

For delegates: $75 per delegate, $75 delegation fee (waived for independent delegates).

For sponsors: $15 per sponsor. All adults attending conference weekend must be signed up as sponsors.

Registration/ Payment Timeline

September 29th, 2026: Registration opens.

November 13th, 2026: WMIDAid application form closes at the end of the day.

December 18th, 2026: Registration closes at the end of the day.  

January 22nd, 2027: Initial Deposit due at the end of the day. This includes the Delegation fee + 50% of Delegate Fees due.

January 29th, 2025: Last day to notify the Registration Director of any dropped delegates for a refund (read more under “Refund Policy”)

February 26th, 2027: Remaining fees due by the beginning of Opening Ceremonies (the “Final Deposit”) All payments must be made in full AT or BEFORE the start of Opening Ceremonies.

Hotel Fees

Throughout the conference weekend, WMIDMUN partners with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in order to provide a discounted group rate for delegations staying at the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites. We provide a discounted group rate and complimentary transportation to and from William and Mary’s Main Campus before and after committee sessions. More details on booking and receiving the group rate will be provided by our Registration Director, Olivia Brownfield, after registering.

Refund Policy

If a delegation needs to drop delegates, the Registration Director must be notified of all changes by January 29th, 2026, in order to receive a refund of delegate fees. Under no circumstance will delegation fees be refunded after this date. Please note that it is easier for WMIDMUN to add new delegates to your delegation than it is to accommodate dropped delegates, so please keep that in mind when you are registering for a specific delegation number.

Late Fee Policy

To ensure that our conference can accommodate as many interested delegations as possible, all payments received/postmarked after the deadlines will be subject to late fees. Initial Deposits must either be sent via Stripe or postmarked by end of day January 22nd, 2025. All Initial Deposits postmarked/received between January 22nd and February 26th will be subject to a $5.00 delegate late fee, while any payments received/postmarked on February 26th or later will be subject to an additional $5.00 delegate late fee. Committee Assignments will also not be distributed to delegations until we receive the Initial Deposit. All payments MUST be made in full by the start of Opening Ceremonies on the Friday of conference weekend in order for delegations to participate in WMIDMUN XXV. Our Registration Director, Olivia Brownfield, will send a comprehensive invoice upon registering, and will contact you when we receive any payment so that you can keep track of your status!

Payment (Stripe and Check information)

WMIDMUN accepts payments in the form of credit card payments via Stripe or mailed checks. Further information on payments will be provided by Registration Director Olivia Brownfield after registering. Should registration close early due to capacity, the fee deadlines do not change.
