East Polynesian Settlement of New Zealand, 1250 CE:
Around 1250 CE, Māori travelers from East Polynesia moved away from the islands as part of a planned desire for long-term expansion fueled by population growth, resource strain, and a well-established seafaring culture and religion. Delegates represent a voyager group of the Māori peoples deciding to move west across the Pacific Ocean, and they will soon come upon a large, uninhabited swath of islands that promises them a new home.
Into the Unknown: Leif Erikson’s Voyage to North America, 1000 AD
It is 1000 AD, and Leif Erikson is sailing back to Greenland from his voyage from Norway. However, his ship comes upon a terrible storm, and he and his crew are sent careening across the icy waters of the northern Atlantic Ocean. As the storm abates, Erikson looks out upon the ocean fog to reveal what he will soon come to realize is not Greenland at all…
2027 NBA Board of Directors
The National Basketball Association (NBA) is reconvening its Board of Governors in late February, and delegates will be representatives of the NBA’s 30 basketball teams. Normally, they would be discussing the annual tournament, but something really weird has been happening recently. A few of the highest-ranking teams have lost the past couple of games extremely badly, and their players report a severe and sudden loss of their skills. International news also reports an increase of sightings of strange, unidentified objects flying around major basketball arenas. What could possibly be going on?

We have a multiversal crisis on our hands in this committee. Somehow, Barbie’s classic fairytale worlds are colliding together in ways never seen before! The various versions of Barbie and assorted characters must work together, or else, the whole Barbie-verse may be destroyed.
